Elementary School Class I Teaching Certificate; Junior High School Class I Teaching Certificate; Senior High School Class I Teaching Certificate; Special School Class I Teaching Certificate; Kindergarten Class I Teaching Certificate

*In order to obtain a Special School Class I Teaching Certificate (for cognitively disabled children, physically disabled children, or children suffering from serious health problems), a candidate must have obtained either an Elementary School Class I Teaching Certificate or a Junior High School Teaching Certificate for the subject(s) that the candidate wishes to teach.

*The number of credits that must be obtained varies depending on the type of teaching certificate that the candidate wishes to secure. It should be noted that, in some cases, it may not be possible to obtain a specific category of teaching certificate because of difficulty in scheduling classes.
